I know Michał primarily in private, but we spend so much time talking about business, growth, and the manager’s crisis that I give myself permission to write this. Because of him - or maybe through him - I chose the same course of study: not for the degree itself, but from the ambition to become the kind of person Michał is. After more than a decade nothing has changed, and I envy everyone who gets to work with him and grow beside him. He is a leader and a manager for whom the team's results matter more than his ego. He is the only person I know who thinks long-term, and who is not afraid of difficult characters, honesty, or confrontation.
